Influencer Marketing Associate & Executive
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team and create influencer campaigns
- Research relevant influencers, content creators and establish relationships with them
- Aptly select influencers & content creators basis brand objectives
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Develop, execute campaigns, partnerships with content creators, influencers for Madify’s prospective and existing clients
- Curate talent (influencers) to complimentary brands based on client portfolio
- Assist our influencer marketing team in building a core network of influencers
- Reach out to influencers and representatives to secure social posts on behalf of our brands
- Maintain timelines for deliverables, coordinate product delivery from brands to influencers, and direct compelling content
Requirements:
- Have a Master’s degree or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Social Media Manager
Responsibilities
- Creating social media calendars with content that matters
- Shoot self-filmed content; direct teammates or creators when needed
- Design static posts, carousels, and story graphics in Canva (or similar)
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
Ability to manage other teammates to meet the client requirements and deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in social media management is must
- Preference for candidates with agency background
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of all social media platforms and tools required

Founder’s Office Associate
About the Role:
You will work directly with the Founder/CEO as a shadow on high-priority projects. This role is designed to give leverage to leadership by ensuring decisions turn into execution fast. Expect to sit in on key meetings, prepare briefs and reports, and then own the follow-through. It’s a high-trust, high-visibility role with exposure across every function of the company.
Responsibilities
- Shadow the Founder/CEO in internal and external meetings; capture action points and ensure follow-through.
- Conduct research and prepare structured briefs on markets, competitors, and opportunities.
- Build presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership, clients, and investors.
- Drive special projects across teams (BD, Creator Management, Finance, Ops) and close execution gaps.
- Track KPIs and align teams with company priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel/Sheets, data analysis, research).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to condense complex discussions into clear briefs.
- Strong organizational and project management ability — can juggle multiple tasks at once.
- High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity; ready to move between strategy and execution daily.
- Discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information.
