Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Madify, we strive to deliver the best experience. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please review the following:

Cancellation:

  • Users can cancel their subscription anytime via their account settings. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors or technical issues that prevent service access. Requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.

  • If  the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Fees for completed billing cycles are non-refundable.
